Cell Block is celebrating the art of the flair with its Flair Bartender Competition, which takes place on the night of Sunday, Apr. 26. Spectators can watch 7 to 10 competitors vie for first place in three categories. Reps from liquor companies will judge which bartender makes the best drink (aka the best mixology), who makes a drink the fastest, and finally, the flair performances, in which bartenders show off their fancy bottle-twirling and pouring precision. The winners will take home a cash prize.
