Rock the VOO happens Fri., Jan. 22 through Sun., Jan. 24, offering 18-and-overs multiple days of music-centric fun. Breakdance Film Festival

The Star Bar » Tash of Alkaholiks will host Uprok Records' day of movies, music and art on Thu., Jan. 28. Starting at 2 p.m., Uprok's party features special film screenings, including "Truth Unspoken," which stars "America's Next Top Model's" Keenyah Hill, former BET host Christopher Howard and international singer James Hall, along with the film's writer/director, Ebony J. Lewis. More screenings will be announced soon, with tickets going for $5 per screening (or $25 for a day-pass).
